This website
The website describes our services. It’s general information, not advice for your business. Results and figures we show are dated examples, not promises. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement wins if it differs from these terms.
Centralis
- Centralis is by invitation. Keep your Google account secure; you’re responsible for activity under it.
- You choose what to connect (Gmail, Calendar, Drive and AI assistants) and can disconnect at any time.
- Your data stays yours. We use it only as described in our privacy policy.
- Use Centralis lawfully. Don’t try to access other people’s data, break its security or overload it.
- AI assistants can make mistakes. Check their work before you rely on it or send it to anyone.
- We may suspend access to protect Centralis, its users or their data, and we’ll tell you why.
No guarantees
We work to keep the website and Centralis accurate and available, but we provide them as they are and may change or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, from using them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Alberta.
