Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Taranis Scaling to delete personal information that we control. Requests are reviewed by a person so we can verify the request and avoid deleting another person's or business's records.
How to submit a request
- Open one of the official Taranis Scaling business profiles linked below.
- Send a private message beginning with "Data Deletion Request."
- Provide only enough information to locate the record, such as the name, business name, email address or phone number previously provided to Taranis, and the approximate date or context of the interaction.
- If the request concerns a Meta connection, identify the app as "Taranis MCP Read Only" and include the relevant Meta business or ad-account identifier if you know it.
Never send a password, access token, recovery code, government identification, or payment information.
What the request can cover
- Website application and lead records submitted to Taranis Scaling.
- Calendar-routing, booking-match, and related communication records under Taranis's control.
- Internal audit, reporting, or service-delivery records that identify the requester.
- Information obtained through an authorized Google or Meta advertising connection that Taranis controls.
What happens next
Taranis will review the request, may ask for limited additional information to verify identity or authority, and will search the relevant systems. Where deletion is appropriate, information under our control will be deleted or de-identified. If all or part of a request cannot be completed, we will explain the reason where we are permitted to do so.
Taranis may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, needed for security or dispute resolution, or stored temporarily in backups. Providers such as Google, Meta, Netlify, or a communication platform may control separate records; you may need to submit a request directly to that provider.
No self-service account deletion
This website does not currently provide user accounts or an automatic deletion button. This page is the public instruction route for a human-reviewed request.
